What begins as a question and material exploration often evolves into a final piece. The process of making guided by material is what drives my practice. I have a background in Applied Arts and Crafts from North Carolina State University and an MFA in Textiles from Parsons School of Design. My practice exists upon a strong crafts based foundation, within those material parameters I find room for exploration.
